要求中英文必须听说读写流利,粤语者优先, 熟悉基本电脑操作 (Excel, google drive, chrome, IE), 逻辑能力强, 善于沟通表达,有耐心.

Argus Merchant Services a fast growing, New York City based merchant service provider, with more than 15 years of experiences in e-commerce industry. We are looking for talented individuals to join us in the exciting journey of exploring diverse opportunities. We are actively recruiting career-minded individuals with a strong work ethic to provide client support to our merchant population came from diverse cultural background. Summary: Serve as the point of contact for all support aspects with customers, sales representatives and other external processing offices.
1. Must be able to converse in Mandarin and English fluently
2. Cantonese is a plus
3. No H1B Sponsorship
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Work Schedule: Shifts required, 40 hours a week
6. Computer literacy
